Creative Skills Week 2024 Programme Officially Launched

We are delighted to announce the official launch of the PROGRAMME for Creative Skills Week 2024! 
 
A Unique Opportunity for the Cultural and Creative Ecosystem 
 
Working in the cultural and creative ecosystem, we often lack the time to come together and think about the future of our sector, particularly how we can strengthen the organisations and businesses within it.  
 
Creative Skills Week 2024 offers a rare opportunity to shape and steer discussions around skills for our somewhat fragmented sector. 
 
We invite all to join us in Amsterdam for this ground-breaking gathering, where we will explore common ground for the cultural and creative ecosystem throughout Europe. Together, we can address skills gaps, identify opportunities for upskilling, and start shaping strategic skills for future creatives. This event will provide a platform to learn from each other how local communities can strengthen their work and enhance collaboration within their local ecosystems.  
 
 
Main Programme: 18-19 September 
 
For its 2nd edition, Creative Skills Week invites you to actively participate in its PROGRAMME. Have your say on future skills agenda topics tackling digital, social and green skills transitions, diversity & inclusion, building resilient cultural and creative ecosystems, value creation, and cross-sectoral synergies.  
 
Explore this gem of city while engaging in panel sessions, workshops, masterclasses, discussions, inspirational speakers, experimental learning activities, and micro-credential testing labs. Meet with members of the Creative Pact for Skills and the Large-Scale Partnership, advocating for upskilling and reskilling for creatives. Be among the first to workshop the transversal skills clusters developed by the partners of the sector’s Blueprint Project, CYANOTYPES, which ELIA is a proud partner of.  
 
Satellite Programme: 16, 17 & 20 September 
 
Complementing our Main Programme, our Satellite Programme on 16, 17, and 20 September in Amsterdam (and Rotterdam on the 16th) features a series of events presented by sub-sectors and partner organisations. Attend workshops on creative skills for innovation, societal transformation, learning methodologies, and much more. More to be announced soon.
