We are excited to announce our newest member: Technical University Braunschweig, Department of Architecture. Founded in 1745, Technische Universität Braunschweig is the oldest technical university in Germany, located in Lower Saxony. The university comprises six faculties and 120 institutes, cooperating with over 400 partner institutes and research facilities in more than 60 countries.
TU Braunschweig offers a comprehensive range of programs, including a complete engineering branch that covers architecture, civil and environmental engineering, electrical engineering, informatics, and mechanical engineering.
The Department of Architecture at TU Braunschweig offers both bachelor's and master's degrees, with a strong focus on design-related subjects that emphasise the synthesis of design and construction. The department offers a holistic education, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to shape the built environment while instilling an awareness of their responsibility as architects. A unique feature is the availability of over 300 drawing room spaces, which promote a collaborative and creative learning environment.
