These groups bring together experts, educators, and students to exchange knowledge, shape policy, and strengthen the role of arts education in society. Application Deadline: 23 May 2025
ELIA's Future Readiness Working Group The Future Readiness Working Group (formerly known as the Careers in the Arts Working Group) aims to support everyone working and studying at an ELIA institution to become "future ready" for a rapidly changing landscape by identifying key trends, urgent challenges, and opportunities for professional and personal development. Read the mandate of the group and find out more about their priorities and focus areas. ELIA seeks three new members from three different ELIA member institutions to join the group. Who can apply? We welcome applications from individuals affiliated with ELIA member institutions who bring relevant expertise, interest, or experience in the areas described above. Candidates can be from any role within the institution—academic, administrative, or leadership. Please review the current group members before applying. Selection will aim for broad regional, disciplinary, and gender representation in relation to the Core Group's composition.
ELIA's Arts Education for All Working Group The Arts Education for All Working Group fosters the creation and sharing of knowledge (peer learning) within the ELIA community around the theme of arts education and facilitates interdisciplinary dialogue and cooperation. The Working Group’s primary purpose is to lead the dialogue within the ELIA community on the topic of ‘arts education for all', fostering common ground, shared good practice and the ability to advocate for the importance of arts education at all levels of learning and stages of life. Read the mandate of the group and find out more about their priorities and focus areas. ELIA is seeking four staff members and two students from six ELIA member institutions to join the Working Group. Who can apply? Staff and students at ELIA member institutions are encouraged to apply. Two positions are specifically reserved for students. For any questions or additional information, please contact ELIA Community Manager, Amalia Smyrnioti at amalia.smyrnioti@elia-artschools.org.
