Explore Your Passion for Film at Filmuni Summer School 2025

The Filmuni Summer School at Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF offers a diverse range of workshops, labs, and masterclasses designed for both emerging filmmakers and industry professionals. Set in Potsdam, Germany at one of Europe's oldest and most prestigious film schools, the programme provides an immersive experience combining theoretical knowledge with practical application. 

Highlights: 

• Summer Film Camp (1–13 September 2025): A twelve-day intensive programme introducing participants to the complete film production cycle. 

• Sweet 16 – Analogue Film Camp (11 August–13 September 2025): A six-day creative exploration into 16mm filmmaking, focusing on the art and technique of analogue film.   

• Discovering Acting (1–3 September 2025): This beginner’s course is for anyone 17 and up who's curious about acting and wants to try it out in a fun, hands-on way. 

• Animation Camp (25-29 August 2025): In a 5 day workshop, participants will learn animation filmmaking techniques and experiment with images in the studios of the University.

Who can attend? 

The Summer School is open to individuals aged 17 and above, including students, educators, and professionals passionate about film and media. No prior experience is required for most workshops, making it accessible to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
