ELIA seeks new Membership Intern

Duration: 4 to 6 months, 24/32 hours a week (FTE 0.6 / 0.8)
Start Date: flexible, ideally as soon as possible

Job Description

ELIA is looking for a highly motivated intern to join the Membership Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in marketing and data analysis with excellent analytic skills, a marketing sensibility, and preferably experience with CMS, CRM and data visualization tools.

The Membership Intern must be able to work independently; think critically and finds the magic in data.

Responsibilities

The Membership Intern will assist the ELIA Team with:

  • Market research.
  • Data ingestion, analysing data, data visualization.
  • Data clean-up on multiple platforms, ensures data quality and accuracy.
  • Support the analysis and dissemination of up-to-date information.
  • Assist with maintaining the relation with ELIA members.

Requirements

  • Higher education qualification in education with strong beta components, such as but not limited to econometrics, statistics or operational research. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and (ideally) in Dutch.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with different groups and cultures
  • Working user knowledge of MS Office 
  • Fast, efficient data entry skills, as well as strong attention to detail, skills are preferable but not essential.
  • Candidates should be, self-motivated, well-organised with an analytical mind. 
  • Experience with CRM, CMS and visualization tools is desirable.
  • Basic HTML is a plus.
