ELIA’s main objectives are to:
ELIA Statutes: ELIA is officially registered as a charitable organisation in the Netherlands, having gained the ‘ANBI status’ for purposes of the Dutch fiscal office in 2020. The most recent amendment to the ELIA Statutes was approved by the General Assembly of 2 September 2024.
