New member: Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico do Porto

The mission of Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico do Porto (ESE/IPP) focuses on teaching, education and social intervention, the search for excellence in citizen and professional training at scientific, technical, artistic, pedagogical and ethical level, at the intersection of initial and continuing education, on research, extension and provision of services to the community and in internationalization.

ESE/IPP began its training offer in 1985, with Bachelor's and Bachelor's degrees of Educators and Teachers of the 1st and 2nd Cycle of Basic Education, having also held Training Complement Courses for Educators and Teachers.

It has extended its training offer to other professionals, particularly in the field of Social Education, Management of Artistic and Cultural Heritage and Translation and Interpretation of portuguese sign language. With the recent consolidation processes of the European Higher Education area, the training offer has been renewed and has now included Masters of Professionalization and Specialization.
