ELIA Welcomes New Member: Ulster University

We are delighted to announce our newest member: Ulster University 

Ulster University has a national and international reputation for excellence, innovation, and regional engagement, contributing to the economic, social, and cultural development of Northern Ireland.

In the heart of the city, on Ulster University’s Belfast Campus, is the Belfast School of Art. The Art School plays a central role in the cultural and creative life of the city. As part of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, the School fosters innovation in dynamic workshops and studios.

The Art School has an exciting range of courses including Fine Art, Animation, Photography, Interaction Design, Graphic Design and Illustration, Product Design; and Textile Art, Design and Fashion.

The University's core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation, and technology and knowledge transfer. Their degree programmes are developed in collaboration with industry and professional bodies. Many offer an additional qualification or accreditation, which can prove invaluable when job hunting. 

Ulster University is organised into four faculties: Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences; Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment; Life and Health Sciences; and Ulster University Business School – Faculty. The University has campuses in Belfast, Coleraine, Jordanstown, Magee, Birmingham, and London, and the newest campus opening in Qatar in August 2022.
