Upcoming RCA IN SESSION Talk: What is Intelligent Mobility?

The Royal College of Art (RCA) will be hosting another IN SESSION Talk event on January 25, 2023, from 1:00–2:00pm GMT (14:00-15:00 CET). This IN SESSION Talk is titled, "What is Intelligent Mobility?”. This event will bring together Intelligent Mobility design academic Dr Jiayu Wu, vehicle and automotive design practitioner Martin Uhlarik and transport system innovator Rikesh Shah to discuss pioneering innovations incorporating human centred design in automotive, new mobility and public transport systems at scale.
 
This IN SESSION talk will cover intriguing cutting-edge automotive and transport innovation topics around Intelligent Mobility (IM) including: 

 

  • how IM differs to traditional automotive approaches
  • state of the art IM design and research projects
  • key IM innovation methods and design principles 
The panel will unpack various questions surrounding intelligent vehicles, systems, services and urban environments that are hindering the transformation of an automotive industry rapidly moving towards autonomous, electric, shared and connected mobility futures.
