We are pleased to introduce our newest member: University of Plymouth, School of Art, Design and Architecture University of Plymouth, School of Art, Design and Architecture offers high-quality, student-centred degrees, postgraduate programmes and research opportunities focused on adaptability and relevance to today’s cultural industries. At the University of Plymouth, School of Art, Design and Architecture you can learn from industry-leading experts in state-of-the-art facilities. They focus on hands-on and practical experience from the leading minds of business and allow students to immerse themselves in a vibrant creative community. The university offers hands-on skills, industry experience, collaborative spirit at close-knit studios, and experienced practitioners to mentor students. The campus is located in Plymouth, England, known as “Britain's Ocean City”. There is a strong sense of the university being linked to and inspired by the region. They offer BA courses such as Architecture, Digital Media Design, Filmmaking, Fine Art, Illustration, Interior Design, Photography – among many others. There are MA courses available such as Architectural Design, Communication Design, Filmmaking, Fine Art, Game Design, Photography and more. Outside of courses, they offer opportunities for Knowledge Exchange, offer the Plymouth Design Forum (a monthly social event that brings the creative community together to discuss, debate and promote design thinking at Plymouth) and a Professional and Creative Attributes Week for School of Art, Design and Architecture students (Five days of workshops, events, interdisciplinary knowledge exchange activities and collaborations for final-year and postgraduate students) - among other initiatives.
