ELIA is a proud partner in the Cultuur&Campus Putselaan (C&CP) - a sustainable place where people come together, conduct research, and create culture. It is an environment where you can learn, get inspired, and where new ideas come to life. C&CP is a center for sustainable and inclusive urban development, where everyone feels welcome. 

 

This is part of the dynamic and strong network of social, cultural, and ecological initiatives in Feijenoord and Charlois. It is a collaboration between Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Municipality of Rotterdam, Codarts Rotterdam, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (Willem de Kooning Academy and Institute for the Built Environment), Afrikaanderwijk Cooperative, Delft University of Technology, Buzinezzclub, ICLEI, and ELIA. 

 

This creative community centre is in development and will be located in the heart of Rotterdam South on Putselaan.  

 

ELIA Executive Director, Maria Hansen, was delighted to attend the kick-off event on Monday 19 June 2023. ELIA representatives, Irene Garofalo and Derville Quigley, were on hand with advice and guidance, linking consortium partners with the ELIA network and membership. ELIA is looking forward to working together with Culture&Campus Putselaan in the future.  

 

At the end of 2024, Culture&Campus Putselaan (C&CP) will open its doors. This is a project worth keeping an eye on. Find out more>
