Ecole Supérieur des Arts et du Design (ésadhar) is a multi-disciplinary French institute offering bachelor's degrees in Art as well as Graphic Design and Interactivity, along with a master's degree in Creative Writing. 

 

The Art Department, based in Rouen, guides its students as they navigate through their personal and professional artistic adventures; doing so through contemporary means of expression. Through the ésadhar Recherche unit, students can take part in extensive research, in collaboration with external institutions along with various workshops throughout the duration of their studies. The practice is further supported by courses in History, Theory of Art and English. 

 

The Graphic Design and Interactivity Department, located in La Havre, trains young students interested in the fields of graphic design, multimedia and contemporary art. Students develop a good capacity for analysis, creativity and innovative spirit; alongside an artistic culture, international openness, fostered curiosity and an ability to listen. 

 

Alongside the main programmes, ésadhar also offers public courses. These workshops allow students to acquire a technique, develop their artistic sensitivity, and complete their training under the guidance of experienced and qualified teachers.  Find out more about which public courses they offer here. 

 

In addition to Erasmus mobility programmes, ésadhar offers several educational trips to Paris, London, Berlin, New York and Venice, as well as projects in Palermo, Shanghai, the Greek island of Nisyros, Iceland and Siberia.
