2024 Call for Proposals! Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey towards a PhD in Design?  

  

The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – School of Design, Film and Art (HSLU) and the National Institute of Design (NID, Ahmedabad/India) are excited to announce the third call for applications for their jointly supervised PhD Programme "Eco-Social Innovation by Design".  

  

They are looking for committed candidates who are keen to participate in groundbreaking research and to contribute to the future of design research in sustainability. This unique opportunity allows candidates to study and conduct research in two continents, at the NID - one of the world's foremost design schools - and at the Lucerne School of Design, Art and Film, the oldest design, film and art school in German-speaking Switzerland, situated in the heart of the Swiss Alps.
