Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts - VIII International Student Competition

The Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts invites you to participate in the  
VIII International Student Competition on Font and Calligraphy Pangram. The theme of the competition is NextGen Font: Beyond the Written Word. 
 
Modern challenges of visual communications and the development of technologies require an answer to the question: "What next?". A look into the future of typeface design, experiments with letterforms, engaging the possibilities of artificial intelligence, the synthesis of arts and techniques. What are the limits and what lies beyond them? Join the future! 
 
The competition includes nominations in these categories: Calligraphy, Lettering, Art Alphabet, Decorative Font, Display Font, Text font, Font poster and Motion.  
 
 
 
Submissions open from 1 March 2024. 
 
Deadline for submitting works: April 30, 2024.
