Concert of creative collectives of the R. Glier Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music

Monday 25 March 2024  
 
The concert of student choirs, orchestras and ensembles of the R. Glier Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music will take place in the M. Lysenko Column Hall of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine on 25 March 2024 at 19.00h. 
 
The participants include:  
  • FEMALE CHOIR Artistic director, conductor - People's Artist of Ukraine Halyna Horbatenko  

  • CHAMBER CHOIR Artistic director, conductor - Honored Artist of Ukraine Zoia Tomson 

  • SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA CHAMBER ORCHESTRA Artistic director, conductor - Oleksandr Gosachynskyi 

  • LEONID SHUKHMAN’S STRING ENSEMBLE Artistic director, conductor - Mykhailo Volkov 

  •  ORCHESTRA OF FOLK INSTRUMENTS Artistic director, conductor - Honored Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Marunych  

  • BRASS ORCHESTRA Artistic director, conductor - Honored Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Sydorchenko  

  • CHAMBER ENSEMBLES AND SOLOISTS 
The Project Director is Rector of R. Glier Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music O. Zlotnyk and the Art Director of the project is Vice-rector of R. Glier Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music M. Zarudianska.  
 
The concert programme will include works by composers of various styles, including Ukrainian composers.
