Engaged and Collective: A Transformative Approach to Societal Issues in the Arts
Thursday 10 October 2024

ESA Saint-Luc Liège School of Art has developed a series of study days to examine the potential of transdisciplinary collaboration between students, teachers, artists, and researchers for developing projects addressing societal issues. In the shape of a post-master programme, it seeks to trace, analyse and compare practices involving the hybridisation of disciplines, resulting in unique forms of knowledge production and pedagogical innovations. Through expert panels, interactive exchanges, round tables and peer discussions, the programme attempts to answer the question: how can we work together to formulate innovative solution-oriented proposals that serve the common good? What can creative research bring to projects in the academic world? Read more about the programme >
