Two New PhD Positions at Stockholm University of the Arts

With an innovative approach to education and artistic research, Stockholm University of the Arts is pleased to announce two new PhD positions starting on 1 September 2025. Funded by the Knowledge Foundation, these positions are an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about advancing their artistic practice and research.

Successful candidates will join the third-cycle subject Performative and Media-Based Practices, engaging in four years of full-time study to earn a Doctor of Philosophy in Fine Arts. These positions offer a collaborative research environment in the following projects:
