ELIA is looking for its next host for the 13th ELIA Academy, in 2027! Are you an ELIA member and would you like to host and play an integral part in one of ELIA's most important signature events? Apply by 1 September 2025!

 

 

Position your institution at the forefront of international knowledge exchange in higher arts education— host ELIA Academy 2027!

 

The ELIA Academy delights in bringing up to 150 participants together—a dynamic audience of lecturers from all artistic disciplines and fields gathering to exchange knowledge, good practice and experience. The ELIA Academy aims to stimulate and engage teaching artists, lecturers and researchers in international discussions with their peers in higher arts education.

 

The ELIA Academy host institution(s) have the unique opportunity to present their institution, research, staff and students to over 290 ELIA member representatives based across Europe and beyond. As a host of the ELIA Academy, you will be guided through an explorative co-creation process, actively driving and participating in developing an innovative programme, fostering pedagogic development and nurturing valuable international connections across the higher arts education sector.

 

Together with the steering group, the host institution initiates the theme of the ELIA Academy, co-develops the programme, and formulates the call for contributions. Work with the ELIA Office and a dedicated ELIA Academy Steering Committee.
