The Stockholm University of the Arts (SKH) is currently seeking candidates for two professorial positions in artistic research, offering significant opportunities to contribute to the university’s leadership and academic development. 

Professor of Performative and Media Based Practices with assignment as Vice-Rector for Research

This position holds overall responsibility for research at SKH, including strategic direction, quality assurance and organisational development. The successful candidate will lead the research environment, foster collaborations and play a key role in the university’s executive management team. 

Professor in Performative and Media Based Practices with additional responsibility as Head of the Third Cycle Programme

In this role, the appointed professor will lead and develop SKH’s doctoral programme in performative and media practices. The position involves overseeing quality assurance, research ethics, supervisor training and building both national and international collaborations.
