The ELIA Leadership Symposium is a biennial gathering that creates a generative environment for conversation, collaboration, and concrete action. The Symposium brings together leaders from higher arts education to explore ideas and build outcomes with tangible impact on the future of our institutions.

Hosting the Symposium offers a unique opportunity for your institution to stand out among Europe’s and the world’s leading higher arts education institutions. As host, you will collaborate closely with the ELIA team to co-create the event’s content and programme, provide inspiring venues, and promote the Symposium locally and nationally.

The ELIA team manages the overall coordination, including programme design, communications, reporting, and delegate registration, making the organisation a true joint venture.

The Symposium also creates meaningful opportunities for student engagement, connecting institutional leadership with the next generation of artists and thinkers.
