Call for Papers: Journal of Law of the Arts and Entertainment (Issues 1 & 2, 2025)

The Società Italiana Esperti di Diritto delle Arti e dello Spettacolo (SIEDAS) invites submissions for Issues no. 1 and no. 2 (2025) of the Journal of Law of the Arts and Entertainment, published by Editoriale Scientifica in collaboration with the Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli

 

The Journal of Law of the Arts and Entertainment welcomes original research papers exploring art law, entertainment law, and intellectual property, as well as broader studies on culture, creativity, and professional practice

 

Closely linked to the Accademia di Belle Arti de Napoli, the Rivista di diritto delle arti e dello spettacolo is co-financed by the Academy. It features a scientific committee including leading professors, among them Accademia Director Prof. Giuseppe Gaeta, who will author one of the editorials in the 2025 issue. This significant contribution underlines the profound connection between the Rivista and the Accademia. 

 

Submission Details:

  • Length: up to 50, 000 characters (including notes)
  • Languages: Italian, English, German, Spanish
  • Deadline: 30 January 2026
  • Notification: by 1 March 2026 
  • Review: double-blind peer review
