Join IartNET the International Seminar FROM STEM TO STEAM

Accademia Teatro alla Scala is excited to share the full online programme From STEM to STEAM: how cross-border practices are creating new job opportunities for professionals in the cultural and creative industries, the new seminar coordinated by the Academy as part of the European IartNET project.

IartNET is an international platform rooted in artistic research and cultural heritage in higher arts and music, based on the European Union - Next Generation EU, Mission 4 Component 1 CUP D43C24000580001.

This online conference includes participation from representatives and speakers in UNI Europa, Pearle - Live Performance Europe, Fondazione Centro Studi Doc, and the Brera Accademia di Belle Arti.

The addition of the artistic dimension, From STEM to STEAM, completes the previous educational world approach to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, as well as their interaction and relevance to economic competitiveness and technological innovation. Moreover, it highlights the fundamental role of creative thinking, problem solving, and human ingenuity.
