Guido Tattoni is a sound artist, experimental composer, and an academic. His interests span from soundscape to interactive systems and applications. He has 16 years of experience in academic management and directorship and in the professional field of sound design and audio engineering.

Since 2019, he is the Dean of Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA), directing academic activities in Visual Arts, Fashion, Media, Design, Graphic Design and Theatre Design areas. He is deeply involved in designing programmes and in ensuring that courses comply with internal and regulatory academic quality standards. Before his appointment as Dean, he served the academy for three years as the Head of the Design and Applied Arts Department.

He covered various positions at SAE Institute, an international network of Creative Media Institutes owned by the Australian based company Navitas. His latest role (2013-2015) was Senior Academic Manager, supervising academic operations of the 32 European campuses and ensuring highest academic standards and regulators compliance (especially focusing on UK’s QAA). This allowed him to enrich his knowledge of various accreditation systems, and to interact with a variety of cultures across Europe. Earlier duties at SAE Institute include being SAE Institute Milan’s Campus Director (2006-2013), and Academic Coordinator’s Assistant for SAE Byron Bay’s Campus (Australia).

As an artist, he has performed in several national and international events.

Along the academic career, he has always been an active industry member, having worked as a professional in the Audio and Sound Design industry in a variety of national and international projects.
