 Gökay Ceylan Sunset 
130 x 200 x 115 cm, EVA foam Sunset is a senior Fine Arts project that focuses on the artist's childhood memory. "I was nine years old, sitting on a tree, watching the sun bid farewell. It was an August evening, painted in shades of yellow. As the sun went behind the mountains, I also said goodbye to the last time I found peace which I knew I would miss for the rest of my life." As we lose the moments that make us who are ourselves, our longing for these times emerges. |
