A two-book release series, as a tribute to the author's brother, Kristiāns Smaliķis, combines typography and photographs to depict the course of a person’s life.

The main concept of the books is the journey of life - a representation of Kristiāns' life. Black and white. Raw. Real. Personal. A visual system that is full of contrast and accurately describes the author’s brother. Alternating page sizes are a crucial part of the project that makes the reader engage and bond with the series. Gracefully displayed an altar-like stand.
