Open Call for the EuroFabrique Art Camp 2024

Thursday 4 April 2024

The Open Call for the third EuroFabrique Art Camp is now open!

The camp is scheduled to take place on 23 – 27 September 2024 in Portugal, under the XXIII Cerveira International Art Biennial, and is made possible by ANdEA - Association nationale des écoles supérieures d'art with the support of the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.

The main goal of the camp is to collaboratively build a curatorial manifesto with participants, materialising in a variety of visual, performative and relational forms addressing which address the major challenges facing our continent. In this way, it will further build on the first Think Camp which took place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania in December 2023, and the second Design Camp held at Le Signe - Centre National du Graphisme in Chaumont, France in February 2024.

The programme will feature workshops, walks, field work, lectures, masterclasses, screenings and art production, led by professionals in the field of art, curatorial practices and political and social activism. The 30 selected students will be invited to think collectively think about the ‘idea of Europe’, through the lens of ‘different Europes’, and their intrinsic diversity.

The main language of the EuroFabrique Art Camp will be English.

Deadline: 18 April 2024, 23:00 ECT (06:00 CET)
